Connecting the Dots

Ruth 4:1-12

I love when God validates His transactions in our lives. When we keep our focus on Him, He connects every dot on your journey of faith. In today’s reading, we will see how God perfectly connects the dots of Ruth’s life.

Let’s connect the Dots:

Dot #1: (vs.3)
Then he said to the closest relative, Naomi, who has come back from the land of Moab, has to sell the piece of land which belonged to our brother Elimelech.

The deal was out in the open, honest, before ten leaders from the town. Boaz presents the offer for the relative to buy the land and at first the man agrees. I can’t imagine how Ruth must have felt knowing she was part of the package deal. I would be scared out of my wits, not having any control over that kind of arrangement; But, this was…

So, this is what’s up at this time and day!

They want to know what’s up and the answer to that is: how much Jesus has turned bad into good and given me the strength to move on. Back surgery, not good, thanks to God for keeping my mind fairly sane and to all the writers, God being number one with his top bestseller, The Bible!! Then the ladies that take their time to write out blogs and go on to write books for all the problems we have day to day and everyday. I love them all for what they do, and I’m not going overboard when I say they are each little blessings to us everyday. I am truly grateful to everyone out there, and especially grateful to God for creating this beautiful world and all the beautiful things He created in it! And then He created us to live in this beautiful earth, I can’t wait till he returns and we have Him with us always. Jesus and all the beauty and a beautiful home to go to that’s safe! I guess you might say I am feeling very grateful today, thank you God for all You’ve given to us!!

I would to say I have found something I love to do. All these years I have been looking for a hobby but more than a hobby. Something I can create and enjoy doing it. Well, I was on Facebook and found a site I could join where people learn to journal in their Bible. And after they accepted me, I was off! I didn’t even know there were Bibles made just for people who like to write or create art, all kinds of art! It would take forever so I won’t even try but if sounds like something you would like to do just check out Face Book or even Goggle it. They have U-Tubes and every possible thing you could want to watch and learn exactly how involved it is. But actually, for myself, it’s a time I use to spend reading in the Bible and learning more things I didn’t know.

So that’s what I’m doing and now my back needs a break, it’s getting tired and sore so I’ll rest and find something else to do.

God Bless to you all,

From a woman with a moderate amount of “cabin fever”………..Linda
